Changed your mind?

You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. Email [email protected] with your order number, then send the items back unused within 14 days. We refund the price and the standard delivery charge within 14 days of getting them back. Return postage is yours to pay unless the item is faulty.

Items made to your own measurements or design can’t be returned unless they are faulty.

Faulty or wrong item?

Tell us within 30 days and we’ll collect it and send a replacement or refund in full. This doesn’t affect your legal rights.

Prices

Prices are in pounds and include VAT. GE STARR Engineering sells to UK addresses.
